First-Time Guests

Welcome

If you’re a first-time guest to Surfside Kids, welcome! Our desire is that you and your family have smooth sailing during your time with us. Here are a few things that will help with that. 

When to arrive

We recommend arriving 20 – 30 minutes before service starts.

Check In

When you first come in, go to the Surfside Kids Welcome Center, which is located in the nook between the two hallway entrances to Surfside Kids. You will be asked to fill out a brief registration form. You will then receive two stickers, one of which you will place on your child’s back and the other you will keep with you. This sticker is necessary to pick up your child later, so keep it safe! A Host team member will then escort you and your child to the appropriate classroom, based on age and developmental stage. Please have all bags and clothing labeled. Teachers will be ready to accept children into the room 15 minutes prior to the start of service. Be sure to let us know if your child has any allergy concerns we should be aware of.
